Breckenridge was built on gold and silver dug out of these hills and hauled down in iron carts. The Iron Kart borrows the look: a riveted, ore-hauling cart parked just off Main Street, cooking hot food for the last hours of the night.

When the bars are still going and the kitchens have shut, this is where you eat.
